By Saturday, Amazon, which was fulfilling orders, sold out of individual rolls — priced at around $12 per item, according to Local 10 News.
Current searches for “Donald Trump Classic Tweets Toilet Paper — Single Roll” list the product as “currently unavailable.”
Similar rolls, showing an image of Trump, are still being sold on Amazon for $13 from a third-party vendor called American Art Classics.
Similar products exist of Barack Obama as well. However, it does not appear that they sell as well. Three-packs go for $5 while a single roll lands at $4.
The Trump toilet paper features screen grabs of tweets from before he took office in January.
It comes as Trump has recently bashed Amazon owner Jeff Bezos over his ownership of the Washington Post and tax policy for Amazon’s online sales. The president said Amazon has a “no-tax monopoly” on e-sales. He also called out the newspaper’s propensity for apparent “fake news.”
