Well, it’s official, Anthony Davis will become a Los Angeles Lakers next NBA season. The Chicago native, who was drafted by the New Orleans Pelicans and has spent his first eight seasons with them, will now be heading to Hollywood. The trade cannot be finalized until July 1st, but it ends a whirlwind of speculation and drama surrounding Davis, his former team and new team. The Lakers will ship Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart, and three first-round picks to the Pelicans in exchange for AD.
