Hampton Virginia woman Julia Tomlin has been charged with the death of her 2-year-old son. Noah Tomlin has been missing for 2 weeks and even though he hasn’t been found, police believe he is not alive and Julia is responsible for his death. Hampton Police Chief Terry Sult said he “believe [Noah] to be deceased,” and that his mother, Julia Tomlin, is responsible. He continued by saying “We are arresting Julia Tomlin, 34-year-old Hampton woman, mother of Noah, in connection with his disappearance.” To read more about this story click here.
