UPDATE 12:20 p.m. — A spokeswoman for the Renown Regional Hospital said that doctors there are treating two patients, both minors and both in critical condition, according to the Las Vegas Sun.
The Reno Gazette-Journal reports that two people are dead following the incident, including the suspect who suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
