Several sources have confirmed the passing of Kim Porter. The 47 year old ex-model was the on and off girlfriend of Diddy for more than thirteen years. Kim had three children with Diddy, Christian Combs in 1998, and twin girls Jessie James and D’Lila in 2006. Her son Quincy with Al! B Sure was from previous relationship and Diddy practically raised him as his own. According to TMZ, Kim has been suffering from flu like symptoms and possible pneumonia, but the illness that cause her death is unknown. We want to send our condolences to her family and friends.
